Jaming Coding children in workshop

Holiday Club – London TW

Minecraft Escape Rooms & Retro Gaming Adventures

Our February Half Term Holiday Club is a fun, creative, and engaging experience where children aged 5–11 explore coding, problem-solving, and teamwork through games they love.

And the best part? They’ll proudly say, “I made this!” as they showcase their digital AND real-world creations! 🎉😄👏

Turn Gameplay Into Problem-Solving Power

Get ready for an epic Minecraft adventure where coding meets problem-solving and teamwork!

In this action-packed afterschool club, children use visual coding to tackle exciting escape room challenges inside Minecraft. They’ll build bridges, solve puzzles, unlock secrets, and work together to escape the castle before time runs out.

Along the way, children will:

  • Use coding to overcome in-game challenges
  • Develop logic, creativity, and problem-solving skills
  • Work as a team and build confidence

Enjoy a fun, fast-paced Minecraft experience. The final challenge? A thrilling parkour escape!

Perfect for Minecraft fans who love puzzles, teamwork, and adventure.

Bring Classic Games to Life

Our Retro Gaming programme uses classic video games to turn learning into fun. Children explore iconic games from the past while discovering how technology works through play.

Because retro games are simple and distraction-free, kids can jump straight in — building problem-solving skills, logical thinking, and confidence as they play, experiment, and succeed.

Through hands-on gaming, children:

  • Learn how early games were made
  • Work together, take turns, and solve challenges
  • Build perseverance and creativity in a fun, relaxed environment

Most importantly, retro gaming makes learning feel like play — exciting, inclusive, and perfectly suited to primary school children, while quietly developing essential digital and thinking skills.

Fun That Goes Beyond Coding

School holidays are a time to relax, try new things, and have fun with friends — and that’s exactly what our camps offer.Along the way, children naturally move from using technology to understanding it. They experiment with real code, solve problems, and create things they’re proud of — all in a way that feels playful.

Fun outdoor game time & making friends

My 9 year old son recently attended the holiday club in Camberley, Hampshire. He has SEN and often we struggle accessing and continuing with suitable holiday clubs (often clubs say they are fully inclusive/ accessible when you ring to enquire, but in practice they don't always want to make suitable adjustments). The staff at Camberley seemed absolutely fantastic, very patient and my son can't want to attend again soon. They also seemed glad to tailor the content a little when he raced through the initial content. A thumbs up from us.

My son who suffers from ADHD ODD and Autism joined this club this summer holidays. The team were amazing and supportive of his needs. He learnt so much and had so much fun he wanted to go everyday, he usually struggles with new environments or activities but there were no issues. I could not recommend this club enough for making it such an amazing summer of fun for my little boy. THANK YOU

My son has been attending Jam Coding sessions at his school. I would like to let you know how amazing Luke has been with him. My son has ASD and ADHD to mention a few and he has never been able to attend after school clubs as he has always been asked to leave after one or two sessions. But Luke has been brilliant so understanding and encouraging and my son has loved his time in the sessions. So thank you for employing someone as amazing as Luke who has so positively influenced my son's life.

L Larkin, Parent

My son attended Jam Coding sessions at Brompton Westbrook Primary during the school holidays. The staff running these sessions - particularly Luke - made my son feel welcomed and settled, and were happy to engage in games. My son genuinely loved the sessions and was absolutely buzzing each day when I collected him. The staff definitely further ignited a passion for coding/robotics and the sessions were so well put together. The sessions my son attended were progressive, so you build upon the knowledge from the previous session. This really suited my son, who gets bored easily with repetitive classes. I would recommend Jam Coding and would be happy for my son to go back!

J Rahman, Parent

My son has used Jam Coding for both after school club as well as a holiday club. He enjoys it so much that he opted to to the club after school on his birthday rather than go for pizza! The school club has a lovely element of competition, so the kids are being pushed to develop their skill set, rather than just play for an hour. My son really looks forward to the sessions. He also attended the holiday club this summer and we were so pleased with the thoughtfulness and professionalism of the staff managing it. He had a blast, met some new friends, and would have gone back for more sessions had they been running them for the last couple of weeks. Overall, I'm super happy with the offering from the Jam Coding crew, and I'm looking forward to seeing what they get up to over the next term!

K Bull, Parent

My son absolutely loved this! It was exactly what he needed to break up the Easter holidays so that he was stimulated and able to make new friends. Having attended a few other activities and clubs during previous school breaks, it was a breath of fresh air for us as parents to actually have him request to go back each day!

My grand daughter has been attending Saturday code club and holiday clubs in Bedford since January. The coaches are brilliant and she's made some amazing new friends. She's very shy and finds it's hard to talk to people, but she's been welcomed so well and been placed in teams to learn together with other children which has helped her to develop her communication skills. She's learned how to build games, made stop motion animation movies, programmed robots and most of all had so much fun. Highly recommend Jam Coding to everyone!

My daughter has gone all week and really enjoyed it. They do a variety of activities and games, she had lots of fun and has learned some new things. The staff are great, really helpful and friendly. My daughter will definitely be going again.
