One of the best parts of this job is seeing the excitement from all the children as soon as you walk into the school. My job satisfaction comes from knowing you are offering children something they have previously had no access to.

Since 2019, I have had the pleasure of working with such an amazing team. Met lots of inspired children in our clubs. Computing is part of our lives and in almost everything we do in this generation. Seeing children's faces when they achieve points and trophies by following the four C's that underpin our workshops, the children and most importantly, their achievements in our coding club is to me a sublime and gratifying experience. Love being part of such a fantastic team.

I enjoy being a Code Coach because it's great to help the kids develop their skills and get them interested and engaged with the digital and media sectors. Digital skills are important for children to learn; computing proficiency is always sought after with employers and digital skills will help the children with eSafety and prepare them for computing in secondary school and beyond.

I love working for Jam Coding! It allows me to be part of an organization with a clear and meaningful mission to educate young people on essential digital skills for the future. It's rewarding to know that my work is making a difference; workshops are designed to be both educational and fun, which makes the work more fulfilling and enjoyable! Working for an organization that values both the technical and social aspects of education gives me a sense of purpose, and contributes to amazing learning experiences for both us and the children.

The look on a child's face when they create their own game, make their own film or learn a new command on Minecraft is priceless. The children learn so many digital skills through the workshops we deliver and have lots of fun in the process. I love being a part of that!
